Design, construction and evaluation of a Map-Based VRA System was the main objective followed in this research. For variable rate application based on the generated map, a Direct Injection (DI) system was designed and constructed. This system was based on GPS data for positioning of sprayer, comparing GPS data with management map data, measurement of velocity and finally injection of the active ingredient into a carrier fluid using solenoid injectors proportionate to any management zone on the digital management map. The most important factor for evaluation of the developed DI system was system response (delay) time. Electrical conductivity was employed to assess the delay time. Independent variables including duty cycle, travel speed, carrier pressure, active ingredient pressure, active ingredient rate, as based on digital management map, and injection position were varied during the tests. Each test was implemented in three replications. Analysis of Variance and Duncans multiple range test were utilized to analyze the data. A factorial design of a completely randomized block was used for an evaluation of the interactions of various factors. The results revealed that response time depended significantly on carrier fluid pressure and injection position of the active ingredient.}, keywords = {Variable Rate Technology (VRT),Direct Injection (DI),Global positioning System (GPS),Reaction Time}, title_fa = {طراحی، ساخت و ارزیابی یک سامانه¬ی سمپاشی نرخ-متغیر (VRA) بر مبنای نقشه¬ی خاک برای یک سمپاش بوم دار تراکتوری}, abstract_fa = {به کارگیری مدیریت موضعی محصولات زراعی (SSCM) در اعمال نهاده‌ها به صورت نرخ-متغیر (VRA) رهیافتی مفید به منظور بهینه سازی مصرف نهاده‌های زراعی و حفظ محیط زیست است. بر این اساس در این پژوهش طراحی، ساخت و ارزیابی یک سامانهی سمپاشی نرخ-متغیر بر مبنای نقشه خاک مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در ابتدا یک نمونه سامانهی اعمال علفکش با استفاده از رهیافت تزریق مستقیم (DI) طراحی و ساخته شد. این سامانه بر اساس تعیین موقعیت مکانی سمپاش در مزرعه توسط یک گیرندهی سامانهی مکانیاب جهانی(GPS)، مقایسهی آن با داده های نقشه مدیریتی و اندازه گیری سرعت پیشروی سمپاش در مزرعه، میزان اعمال مادهی مؤثر علفکش را متناسب با هر ناحیهی مدیریتی توسط کنترل تزریق کننده ها تعیین می کند. مهمترین عامل مؤثر بر عملکرد سامانهی تزریق مستقیم زمان پاسخ سامانه در انتقال محلول سم از محل تزریق تا نوک افشانک ها تعیین شد. به منظور اندازهگیری زمان تأخیر (زمان پاسخ) در انتقال محلول سم از نقطهی تزریق تا نوک افشانک‌ها از عامل هدایت الکتریکی محلول در محل افشانکها استفاده شد. در طی انجام آزمون های کارگاهی، عوامل کنترلی سامانه شامل چرخهی وظیفه، سرعت پیشروی، فشار سیال حامل، فشار مادهی مؤثر علفکش (و در نتیجه دبی آن)، میزان مادهی مؤثر مورد نیاز بر اساس نقشهی مدیریتی اعمال علفکش و نیز محل تزریق مادهی مؤثر علفکش درون سیال حامل تغییر یافت. هر آزمون کارگاهی در سه تکرار انجام گرفت. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل و مقایسهی نتایج کارگاهی از تجزیهی واریانس به همراه آزمون دانکن با سطح احتمال 5% استفاده شد تا اثر تغییر پارامترهای مختلف بر زمان تأخیر سامانه تعیین شود. به منظور بررسی اثر برهم کنش عوامل مختلف از آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی استفاده شد. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که زمان پاسخ سامانه به طور معنی داری به دو عامل میزان فشار سیال حامل و محل تزریق مادهی مؤثر علفکش بستگی دارد که با در نظر گرفتن این دو عامل در طراحی سامانه، می توان به دقت بالاتری در اعمال علفکش در محل مورد نظر در مزرعه دست یافت.}, keywords_fa = {Variable Rate Technology (VRT),Direct Injection (DI),Global positioning System (GPS),Reaction Time}, url = {https://ijbse.ut.ac.ir/article_35213.html}, eprint = {https://ijbse.ut.ac.ir/article_35213_712ab683845fa609f34bffe42e4a4a07.pdf} }
