On the other hand, the potential of Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy in nondestructive internal quality evaluation of agricultural products has been proved throughout several studies. In this research, three modes of near infrared spectroscopic measurements namely, reflectance, transmission and interactance, were compared for their ability to non-destructively estimate moisture content of ‘Mazafati’ date fruits. Spectral acquisitions were carried out through a photo-diode array (PDA) spectrometer in the range of 900-1700 nm. The spectra were then smoothed through Savitzky-Golay algorithm and preprocessed by Multiplicative Scatter Correction (MSC) method. Finally, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression method was applied to develop moisture content predicting models in each mode. The results indicated that the interactance mode provided the most accurate estimates of moisture content with a coefficient of determination (Rcv2) of 0.922, Root Mean Squares Error of Cross Validation (RMSECV) of 1.57% and Residual Predictive Deviation (RPD) of 3.60. The reason for this priority could be due to the lower level of such irrelevant information as distance variation of sample and probe and as well due to the lower effect of surface irregularities in the interactance mode.}, keywords = {Date fruit,Interactance,Moisture content,Partial Least Squares,Reflectance,Transmission}, title_fa = {مقایسه سه وضعیت بازتابشی، عبوری و تقابلی در تعیین غیرمخرب رطوبت خرمای مضافتی با استفاده از اسپکتروسکوپی NIR}, abstract_fa = {تعیین غیرمخرب، سریع و کم هزینه مقدار رطوبت خرما یکی از اقدامات بسیار مهم در تعیین رسیدگی و فرآوری این محصول ارزشمند محسوب می‌شود. از طرف دیگر، روش اسپکتروسکوپی NIR یکی از روش‌های توانمند در تخمین غیرمخرب خواص درونی محصولات کشاورزی است. در این تحقیق، اثر سه روش متداول بازتابشی، عبوری و تقابلی در اندازه‌گیری طیف NIR بر توانایی مدل‌های PLS در تخمین مقدار رطوبت خرماهای مضافتی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. طیف NIR خرماها با استفاده از یک اسپکترومتر PDA در محدوده طول موج 1700- 900 نانومتر و در هر سه وضعیت بازتابشی، عبوری و تقابلی جمع‌آوری گردید. از الگوریتم ساویتسکی- گولای برای یکنواخت کردن، پیش‌پردازش تصحیح پراکنش افزاینده (MSC) برای حذف اطلاعات اضافی از طیف‌ها و روش حداقل مربعات نسبی (PLS) برای مدل‌سازی مقدار رطوبت از روی داده‌های NIR استفاده شد. مقایسه نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که وضعیت تقابلی بهترین حالت برای اندازه‌گیری طیف NIR خرمای مضافتی می‌باشد، به طوری که مدل PLS به دست آمده در این وضعیت توانست مقدار رطوبت خرماهای مضافتی را با یک ضریب تبیین (R2cv) برابر 922/0، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای (RMSECV) برابر 57/1% و انحراف پیشگوی باقیمانده (RPD) برابر 60/3 پیش‌بینی کند. از جمله علل این برتری را می‌توان تأثیر کمتر عوامل مزاحم مانند تغییر در فاصله نمونه با فیبر و همچنین اثر کمتر ناهمواری‌های سطحی پوست خرما در وضعیت تقابلی دانست.}, keywords_fa = {Date fruit,Interactance,Moisture content,Partial Least Squares,Reflectance,Transmission}, url = {https://ijbse.ut.ac.ir/article_35215.html}, eprint = {https://ijbse.ut.ac.ir/article_35215_5837572ad0cdb9f1f88166bcc14e7f5e.pdf} }
