Abstract

In this study, timing of a major overhaul in terms of unavailability of machines restrictions at pre-specified time periods with the aim of reducing the time of doing things is examined. Data were collected from variety sources such as opinions and comments of experts and reports and statistics of Sugarcane Amir KabirAgro-Industry. At first, the project activities are determined. Finally, GERT network was plotted and analyzed. The time of completion of overhaul scheduling of sugarcane harvester with method of fuzzy GERT for times optimistic, probable and pessimistic is equal to (685.62,1097.36,1513.65) man-hours. The fuzzy time of project completion with α –cut (0.5) is calculated as (891.49, 1305.50) man-hour. The results of the review process for real-time of annual overhaul for 23 Amir Kabir Agro-Industry sugarcane harvesters working in 1389 to 1394 years, overhaul was performed on them, Show that the 20.29 percent of the actual time to complete, is estimated out of fuzzy time. This method allows the manager of repairs to use better planning and reducing the reasons of the delay in operations, reduces timeliness costs and manages the completion time of the operation in the optimal timeframe.
