The aim of supply chain is to reduce cost and increase service level. Distribution has an important role in supply chain management. Combine owners cooperative has an important role in reducing wastages before harvest due to delay. Agriculture products are sensitive to an environment that is changing constantly, since, needs for appropriate reactions of cooperatives has doubled. Requirement for respond effectively to these changes is to achieve agility. In this research agility criteria identified from previous studies. A Questionnaire was prepared and completed in order to identify the most important measures for agility of cooperative distribution chain. The important agility criteria were identified and were rated by using SAW method which after calculating A*, three parameters including sensitive and responsive to the market and customers, speed of work and introduction of a new product with value of 0.08620 were concern primarily and correct planning, reduce costs, and consolidate tasks and process, using IT, customer satisfaction, flexibility, quality of services and the development of staff skills values are 0.082328, 0.077243, 0.074230, 0.073355, 0.071509, 0.069464, 0.065749 and 0.063601 respectively and were in second place to ninth.
