بررسی تاثیر استفاده از سوخت بیودیزل تهیه شده از روغن زیتون تلخ بر عملکرد یک موتور دیزل

چکیده

کاهش تدریجی منابع سوخت‌ های فسیلی و افزایش قیمت آن­ها باعث شده تا پژوهشگران به دنبال منابع انرژی تجدید پذیر برای جبران قسمتی از این سوخت­ها باشند. اخیراً سوخت بیودیزل به دلیل آلودگی کمتر و تجدید پذیر بودن به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب سوخت‌ دیزل مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش از روغن زیتون تلخ به روش ترانس استریفیکاسیون بیودیزل تولید و خصوصیات فیزیکی و حرارتی آن با سوخت معمولی دیزل مقایسه گردید. سپس بیودیزل تولید شده به مقدار حجمی %10، %20، %30  با گازوئیل مخلوط تاثیر استفاده هر یک از این این مخلوط ها، بیودیزل خالص و دیزل معمولی بر مصرف سوخت و گشتاور یک موتور تراکتور مسی فرگوسن 240 مورد اندازه گیری و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. در انجام آزمایش‌ها، موتور با استفاده از یک دینامومتر تحت بارهای 200، 250 و 300 نیوتن در متر قرار داده شد و سرعت دورانی موتور نیز از 1300 تا 1800 دور در دقیقه با فواصل 100 دور در دقیقه تغییر داده شد. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که با افزایش درصد حجمی بیودیزل در سوخت دیزل مقدار فشار موثر متوسط ترمزی (bmep)کاهش و مصرف سوخت ویژه ترمزی (bsfc) افزایش یافت. وقتی که بیودیزل خالص مورد استفاده قرار گرفت در مقایسه به دیزل خالص، مقدار مصرف سوخت ویژه ترمزی به مقدار9/68 درصد افزایش و فشار موثر متوسط ترمزی به مقدار4/13 درصد کاهش یافت. در مجموع مخلوط‌های 10% و  20% به ترتیب با 9/4 و 8/6 درصد افزایش در مصرف سوخت ویژه ترمزی و 6/3 و 3/4 درصد کاهش در فشار موثر متوسط ترمزی عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر مخلوط سوخت­ها نشان دادند.

The gradual depletion of fossil fuels and the increase on their cost have made the researchers to look for renewable sources of energy. Biodiesel fuel has attracted many researchers due to its low environmental pollution and being a renewable fuel. In this research, biodiesel was prepared by transesrtification of Persian lilac seed oil. The prepared fuel was mixed with regular petro diesel in 0, 10, 20, 30 and 100% proportions (biodiesel/diesel). The moisture was tested using a diesel engine operating at 1300 to 1800 rpm with a variable load of 200, 250 and 300 Nm. The test results indicated that with increase in proportion of biodiesel/diesel the break specific fuel consumption (bsfc) increased and the break mean effective pressure (bmep) decreased. When pure biodiesel was used as fuel, in comparison with pure diesel fuel, bsfc increased up to 68.9% and bmep decreased up to 13.4%. The best performance for the blended fuel was achieved when using B10 or B20. With theseblends, the increase in bsfcwas 4.9 and 6.8%, respectively and thedecrease in bmep was3.6 and 4.3%, respectively.
