بررسی ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و مکانیکی فیلم نانوکامپوزیت ایزوله پروتئین سویا- کتیرا- نانوسلولز

چکیده

در چند دهه گذشته آلودگی­های زیست محیطی ناشی از مواد بسته­بندی پلاستیکی و محدودیت منابع نفتی و قیمت بالای نفت باعث جلب توجه محققین برای تولید بسته­بندی­های زیست تخریب شده است. خواص مکانیکی ضعیف و نفوذپذیری بالای پلیمرهای زیست تخریب پذیر نسبت به بخار آب دو عیب اصلی آن­ها محسوب می­شوند. نانو فناوری یکی از روش­های اصلاحی در این زمینه است. در این تحقیق، اثرافزودن نانوفیبرسلولز به عنوان پرکننده در سه سطح 1%، 3%، 5%(wt) ، بر روی حلالیت درآب، محتوای رطوبت، نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخار آب، مقاومت کششی، ازدیاد ­طول­ تا نقطه ­شکست، رنگ و خصوصیات ساختاری بیوپلیمر کامپوزیت از ایزوله­پروتئین­سویا و کتیرا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد افزودن نانوسلولز به بیوپلیمر ایزوله­پروتئین­سویا-کتیرا موجب تقویت خصوصیات کاربردی این بیونانوکامپوزیت می­شود. در نمونه حاوی 0% نانوسلولز بیشترین و در نمونه حاوی 3% نانوسلولز کمترین اندیس زردی و تغییر رنگ مشاهده شد. با استفاده از تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی خصوصیات بافتی نمونه­ها با افزایش میزان نانوسلولز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

In the past decades, environmental pollution caused by plastic packing materials, restrictions of petroleum resources and their high price attracted many researchers to produce biodegradable packaging materials. Poor mechanic properties and high water vapor permeability are two main defects of biodegradable polymers. Nanotechnology is a modification method in this case. In the current study, the effects of nanocellulose (NC) as a nano filler on the functional properties (i.e. solubility in water (SW), moisture content (MC), water vapor permeability (WVP), tensile strength (TS), elongation to break (EB), color and structural properties) of soy protein isolate-tragacanth gum (SPI-TG) were investigated. The results showed, the functional properties of SPI-TG-NC were improved. The highest yellowness index and total color difference was observed in SPI:TG (4.7:0.3), The lowest yellowness index and total color difference was observed in SPI-TG-NC (3%). The microstructure of film specimens was investigated using scanning electron microscope.
