ارزیابی چرخه حیات تولید سیب‌زمینی ‌به روش نیمه مکانیزه در ایران: مطالعه موردی، استان مرکزی

چکیده

در سال­های اخیر بحث بر سر پایداری محیط زیستی تولیدات کشاورزی به‌طور گسترده­ای افزایش‌یافته است. در این راستا اثرات محیط­زیستی تولید سیب­زمینی به روش نیمه مکانیزه در استان مرکزی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه از روش ارزیابی چرخه حیات برای شناسایی و کاهش اثرات محیط زیستی استفاده شد. اثرات زیست‌محیطی تولید محصول سیب‌زمینی در استان مرکزی در طبقات اثر گروه‌های تخلیه منابع غیرزنده، گرمایش جهانی، اسیدیته، مردابی شدن و کاهش لایه اوزون بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد در تولید سیب­زمینی انتشارات مستقیم از مزرعه، استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی و الکتریسیته بیشترین سهم تخریب محیط زیست را داشتند. در این رابطه مقدار شاخص‌ها برای طبقات اثر تخلیه منابع غیرزنده، گرمایش جهانی، اسیدیته، مردابی شدن و کاهش لایه اوزون به ترتیب برابر 11/1، 89/152، 90/1، 87/0 و 00005/0 به دست آمد. بر اساس نتایج، استفاده از نهاده‌های ارگانیک، کشاورزی دقیق، مصرف بهینه کودها و سموم شیمیایی، استفاده از روش‌های نوین آبیاری و فنّاوری‌های پربازده و کم‌مصرف در تولید سیب‌زمینی پیشنهاد گردید.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, the debate over the environmental sustainability of agricultural productions is widely increased. In this context, environmental impacts of potato production by semi-mechanized method were studied in Markazi province of Iran. In this research, life cycle assessment approach was used to identify and reduce environmental impacts. The environmental impacts of potato production in Markazi province in Categories of effect abiotic depletion, global warming, acidity, eutrophication and ozone layer depletion were investigated. The results showed that direct emissions from farms, use of chemical fertilizers and electricity had the biggest share of environmental degradation. In this regard, the index for category effect of abiotic depletion, global warming, acidity, eutrophication and ozone layer depletion was obtained 1.11, 152.89, 1.90, 0.87 and 0.00005 respectively. Based on the results, the use of organic inputs, precision farming, consumption of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the use of more efficient irrigation methods and technologies in potato production was proposed.
