تاثیر خشک‌کردن بر قوه‌ی نامیه بذر ذرت

چکیده
خشک‌کردن می‌تواند طول عمر بذر را افزایش دهد. فرآیند خشک‌کردن یک گام مهم در تولید بذر است و یکی از علل شایع آسیبِ بذر و از دست رفتن قوه‌ی نامیه می‌باشد. موضوع این مطالعه، تعیین عوامل موثر خشک‌شدن بذر ذرت بر کیفیت بذر (درصد قوه نامیه) می‌باشد. بذرها در سه دمای (33، 38 و oC43) و سه سطح جریان هوای ورودی به خشک‌کن (045/0، 09/0 و m3/s135/0) خشک شدند. بعد از اینکه بذرها کاملا خشک شدند، آزمون جوانه‌زنی بذرها بلافاصله بعد از خشک‌شدن و 6 ماه بعد از آن، انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که آسیب دیدن جنین داخل بذر، بلافاصله بعد از عملیات خشک‌کردن، مشخص نمی‌شود. در هر دو مرحله‌ی آزمون، تاثیر دمای خشک‌کن بر میزان جوانه‌زنی در سطح 1% معنی‌دار بود ولی تاثیر جریان هوای خشک‌کن، در سطح 5% معنی‌دار نبود. بهترین شرایط جوانه‌زنی در دمای oC38و جریان هوای m3/s09/0 با مدت زمان 141دقیقه و کمترین مقدار انرژی مصرفی اتفاق افتاد.

Drying seeds, will increase storage time. Drying seeds of crops, the process is very critical because it damages embryos in the process of drying the seeds, their germination is lost. The results showed that damage to the embryo inside the seed, immediately after drying operation itself does not appear. In this research factors affecting drying corn seeds (the Single Cross 704) to maintain viability, in a fluidized bed dryer were studied. For experiment was dried with three drying air temperature (33, 37 and 43°C) , three drying air velocity (0.5, 1 and 1.5m/s) and 20% humidity at two different times (immediately after the drying process and after 6 months). After drying the seeds (reaching 13% moisture) and after 6 months of storage, germination tests were performed. The results showed that all of the tests, the effect of drying temperature on germination rate is significant at 1%, but the impact of air velocity dryer, even not significant at the 5% level. The highest percentage of germination is at 33°C and 0.5m/s drying air velocity.
