ارزیابی چرخه حیات صنعت شکر: مطالعه موردی کشت و صنعت امیرکبیر

چکیده

در جوامع امروزی اهمیت حفاظت از محیط زیست امری بدیهی است ، بنابراین اقدام و اجرای هرگونه برنامه به دانش کافی و شناخت لازم از محیط زیست نیاز دارد. یکی از راه‌های حفظ منابع طبیعی و دست یافتن به توسعه پایدار و به ویژه کشاورزی پایدار، ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی فرایند تولید محصولات کشاورزی از طریق روش ارزیابی چرخه حیات یک محصول می‌باشد. در این مطالعه، از این روش برای ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی طبقات آثار بر اساس استاندارد ایزو استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داد که در تولید نیشکر، طبقه اثرهای یوتریفیکاسیون 6/4 کیلوگرم فسفات، اسیدی شدن 94/21 کیلوگرم دی اکسید گوگرد، گرمایش جهانی 76/1701 کیلوگرم دی اکسید کربن، تخلیه غیرزیستی 000087/0کیلوگرم آنتیموان و تخلیه لایه اُزون 28 میلی‌گرم CFC به محیط منتشر می‌سازند که بر این اساس، الکتریسته و سوزاندن بقایای گیاهی بیشترین سهم را  به ازای یک تن شکر به خود اختصاص داده اند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, the importance of protecting the environment is obvious, so any action and implementation of any program requires sufficient knowledge of the environment. One way of preserving natural resources and achieving sustainable development, especially sustainable agriculture, is to assess the environmental impacts of the production process of agricultural products through the life cycle assessment. In this study, this method was used to evaluate the environmental impacts of classes of effects based on the ISO standard. The results showed in the production of sugarcane, the classes of effects release to the environment were as following: eutrophication 4.6 kgPO4 --- equivalent, acidification 21.94 kgSO2, and global warming 1701.76 kg equivalent to carbon dioxide, abiotic depletion 0.000087 kg Sb eq, and ozone layer depletion 28 mgCFC. Accordingly, electricity and burning have the highest share per tons of sugar.
