بررسی وضعیت برخی شاخص‌های مکانیزاسیون در محصولات زراعی راهبردی با استفاده از منطق فازی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان اهواز)

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی وضعیت برخی شاخص‌های مکانیزاسیون، در این پژوهش چهار محصول گندم، جو، برنج و ذرت علوفه‌ای در شهرستان اهواز با دو شاخص کمی (درجه و ظرفیت مکانیزاسیون) و کیفی (مطلوبیت درآمد و نیروی کار) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌های مورد استفاده به‌وسیله پرسشنامه و مصاحبه، همچنین آمار و اطلاعات ثبت شده، جمع‌آوری شد. چهار پارامتر در چهار محصول محاسبه و برآورد شد و در نهایت با استفاده از منطق فازی نتایج جمع‌بندی و ارائه گشت. نتایج نشان داد، میانگین درجه مکانیزاسیون عملیات‌های مختلف (درجه مکانیزاسیون کل) مربوط به محصولات گندم، جو، برنج و ذرت علوفه‌ای در منطقه مورد مطالعه به‌ترتیب برابر است با 93، 5/92، 5/73 و 95 درصد و ظرفیت مکانیزاسیون به همین ترتیب برابر است با 22/988، 72/944، 6/806 و 9/1136 اسب بخار ساعت بر هکتار، نتایج برای مطلوبیت درآمد به ترتیب 62، 43، 57 و 54 درصد و برای مطلوبیت نیروی کار 73، 69، 59 و 47 درصد محاسبه شد. خروجی فازی‌زدایی شده نهایی که از جمع‌بندی چهار شاخص با استفاده از منطق فازی به دست آمد نشان داد، در بین محصولات مورد بررسی گندم با 3/52 درصد، بیش‌ترین مقدار و پس از آن برنج با 6/46 درصد، جو با 2/42 درصد و ذرت علوفه‌ای با 3/40 درصد کم‌ترین مقدار را داشتند. به طور کلی با توجه به نتایج خروجی نهایی مربوط به جمع‌بندی شاخص‌های مورد بررسی، چهار محصول مورد مطالعه در شهرستان اهواز تقریباً در وضعیت میانه‌ای قرار دارند.

Investigating the Status of Some Mechanization Indicators in Strategic Crops using Fuzzy Logic (Case Study: Ahvaz City)

In order to investigate the mechanization development status, in this study, four wheat, barley, rice and forage maize crops in Ahvaz city were evaluated with two quantitative (degree and capacity of mechanization) and qualitative (income and labor desirability) indices. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, also statistics and recorded information. Four parameters were calculated and estimated in four products and finally the results were summarized and presented using fuzzy logic. The results showed that the average degree of mechanization of different operations (total mechanization degree) for wheat, barley, rice and forage maize products in the study area was 93, 92.5, 73.5 and 95%, respectively. The mechanization capacity in this order was 988/22, 944/72, 806/6 and 1136/936 hp.h/ha, the results were calculated as 62, 43, 57 and 54% for income desirability and 73, 69, 59 and 47% for labor desirability, respectively. The final de-fuzzy output obtained from the summation of four indicators using fuzzy logic showed that among the studied crops, wheat with 52.3% had the highest amount, followed by rice with 46.6%, barley with 42.2% and forage maize with 40.3% had the lowest amount.  In general, according to the results of the index defined for the study of mechanization development, the study area is almost in a moderate position in the four products under study.
